    A: We require a 30% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 2 weeks before the wedding.

    A: This depends on your package. Bronze includes 1 cinematographer, Silver includes 2, and Gold includes 3. This ensures we capture multiple angles and don't miss any precious moments.

    Q: What equipment do you use?
    A: We film on Sony FX3 cinema cameras with professional cinema lenses, stabilizers, and lighting. We also use drones for aerial footage (where legally permitted) and professional audio equipment for vows and speeches.

    Q: Will you attend our rehearsal?
    A: While not typically included, we're happy to attend for an additional fee. We do request a detailed timeline and venue information beforehand.

    Q: What if the weather is bad?
    A: UK weather is unpredictable! We always bring backup equipment and have experience filming in all conditions. Rain can actually create beautiful, romantic shots.

    A: Films are delivered digitally via a private online gallery (downloadable), plus a beautifully packaged USB drive. 4K quality is standard.

    Q: Can we request specific songs?
    A: Yes! We love incorporating meaningful music. We have licensing for thousands of songs, or you can request specific tracks (subject to licensing availability).

    A: We include one round of revisions with every package. Additional revisions can be made for a small fee.

    A: We have a network of trusted backup cinematographers. In the extremely rare case of an emergency, we guarantee a professional replacement of equal caliber.

    A: Yes, we appreciate a vendor meal if we're with you for 6+ hours. It keeps us energized to capture every moment!
